You do not need to reserve/sign up for class as a single drop in, but if you plan to arrive with a group of 4 or more, please email us in advance to accommodate you.
We ask that our Drop-In athletes have 3 months experience at a licensed CrossFit affiliate and be 16 years or older.
We understand that a lot of athletes are following a set program of their own, unfortunately our classes are too big to allow you to do this during them.
Please check out our open gym times for options to get your own workout in and be respectful of these time frames.
Saturday sessions are free only for new prospects trying us out.
